I think Bill Smith Buick GMC is reaching pretty low to send out mailings marked 'Important Tax Information Enclosed' when it is really an advertisement. Inside it reads, "Important Tax Refund Notice". Will never do business with a company that uses such deceptive advertising.

We are having a sale for tax season. Any time we are having $16,000 off on our vehicles we like to let our customers know especially during tax season when they are in the market to purchase a vehicle. We are sorry we offended you by this mailer.
I was looking to buy a used SUV and spoke to the same sales person on two separate days. He was completely unwilling to negotiate with me. I looked up the Carfax history and the dealership has had this vehicle on their lot since May 2017. When I asked about that and asked why he wasn't willing to negotiate a price to sell the SUV, his response was that they have cars that have sat on the lot 2-3 YEARS before they are sold! We are sorry for the experience you had. However, we have reduced the price to as low as we can. We were asking $10,997 and had reduced it to $7997 because it has reached its maxium days. We did try to give you as much as we could on your Trade-In.
