I had a great experience at Bill Smith Buick GMC. After shopping around, they were the only dealership that provided me with great service from the beginning.
Worked with Derald Shadden on a used Honda CRV after a poor experience in Hoover. Great from the start. Doing research for our daughter, explained what we were working toward and Derald let us drive, left us alone unless we needed him, offered to let us take the car back to Hoover for review. Bought the next day, doing all the paperwork ahead of time via text, email and phone. Closing took 10 minutes. Both days we were there after their closing but no complaints from anyone. Great Job!!
