This place is a scam. They will take your money, schedule the time of service, then not show up. If you try to contact them again, they will dodge your calls and are unresponsive to email. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which Metropolitan Total Property did not respond to, which illustrates what kind of company they are. Total scam.
I scheduled to have our lawn aerated and fertilized over 2 months ago, called left message and it took over a week to get a call back. They switched my appointment to July without even telling me. When they finally called they were very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company for lawn care or maintenance. It takes them weeks to call back. Send your business elsewhere, the staff that returned my call was very rude and cancelled my service. They must not value their customers.
I found the service to be great. Bill and William are quick, clean, polite, and reasonable. I have had no issues working with them so far. Great work!
