He performed and anterior talofibular ligament repair. Minimal scaring at the incision sight. Seven weeks post-op I am walking on my own and back into normal shoes.
I had my fourth metatarsal joint & planter plate removed by Dr. Shamsi on 11-06-2018. Dr. Shamsi has an excellent bedside manner and I felt he did a great job with my foot. Unfortunately a couple months after my surgery I developed a benign tumor on the top of my foot. On 06-06-2019 Dr. Shamsi did surgery again & removed the tumor. As of today's date I have not had any other issues. I would highly recommend Dr. M Shamsi as a Podiatry physician. Denise Walsh 03-13-2020
I went to St. Elizabeth Physician Podiatry for a painful bunion on my foot. Dr. Shamsi and his staff were professional, caring and efficient. My surgery and recovery went perfectly thanks to Dr. Shamsi. I would highly recommend this doctor and this office!
Went in after having severe pain in my right foot consistently.
Dr. Shamsi performed a minor surgery on my foot, however the surgery and post surgery treatment by Dr. Shamsi and his team was excellent.
I had 5 toenails removed. First at the hospital, after the nails came back then in the office.
I have been seeing Dr. Shamsi for over 6 months. I was a new patient and was able to get an appt. right away. I love Dr. Shamsi for his professionalism and caring of my concerns. He makes you feel at ease when talking to him and listens to your concerns attentively. I had a difficult foot surgery and Dr. Shamsi and his nurse helped me get through a tough recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Shamsi!
I would definitely recommend Dr.Shamsi and his staff for a y and all podiatry needs. Dr. Shamsi has saved my life! I was miserable with foot pain and surgery in two places was my only option for relief. He did my procedure and I am pain free after two years and recovering nicely! I highly recommend him and his friendly, professional staff to everyone! He's a life saver!
Dr. Shamsi was amazing, and so was his assistant Callie! He was very professional, and reassuring. He also has a good sense of humor, I was worried about a tattoo on my ankle and he reassured me the tattoo would be fine but he may add to it. Once I was able to get my splint off I looked at my tattoo and he had drawn a Spongbob next to my tattoo, which made myself and everyone I showed laugh! If I ever need a podiatrist again he will be my first call!
