After initial contact via email response from Bo Rhodes I went to the dealership and everything was as had been discussed. I did the deal, including financing, in a short period of time and was on my way. The physical plant at this dealership is quite nice and all staff that we came in contact with were personable and professional. I'd have no hesitancy recommending this dealership based on my experience thus far.
I had some Damage to the grill and headlight of my Toyota Tacoma. Had some issues with my insurance company so I called Brian Denio at Bill Ray Nissan. He took care of everything including setting up my rental car. I was amazed at the speedy service and friendliness. The body shop put my truck back together good as new. Tim Dykes (Body Shop Manager) took the time to escort me to the cashier and back to my truck. I know dealerships are suppose to treat customers like this, but how many actually do???
