SWINDLERS! They refused to fulfill the warranty given. I took my issue to Volvo Corporation and learned my claim was founded and it would not have cost them ANYTHING to return the part for replacement my corporate.
Everyone was so kind, and helpful! This was my very 1st NEW CAR purchase and I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Tommy made it happen, and got me a great deal! this is the only place in Springfield I will ever purchase a car going forward! thank you xoxo

Sales Experience could not be any better. Thanks Jody. When you sit down with financing you will be presented with many different extras such as extended warranty, GAP insurance, tire and wheel insurance and accidental death and disability insurance. You do not have time to mentally process all these different programs. If you purchase any of these, a week later decide that you want to cancel, pay attention to what is credited from the dealership. Example: credit life...$2700. Extended warranty...$1399.
