I bought my 2020 Honda Ridgeline from Bala Chetty! Since then I have always gotten my services done at Bill Marine! Just had my car fixed here. Justin and the entire service department are wonderful to work with my car is no longer growling when I turn it on. I obviously know nothing about cars.

The service department has great customer service, I would advise anybody buying a car from them to avoid the extended warranty they offer. The warranty company is a third party and will try everything in their power to avoid spending any money on your car when it comes time to cover a claim. They wanted to use used parts as a first choice and now they've been trying to go with refurbished parts and as a result over two weeks in and still no parts to fix the car. I will repea… See more

I cannot say enough good things about Pascal Chevrette and his team at Bill Marine Volkswagen. Not only were they welcoming to myself and my family, Pascal, Cheryl, and Stacey were a huge help in getting me into a car that was safe for my daughters, fun to drive, and within my budget. Cheryl, the finance manager, was quick but thorough in getting my paperwork completed, and Stacey, the sales associate, even came in on her day off to deliver my car. We did have to wait a few extra minutes for my car to be detailed, but that was just because Pascal wanted to personally look over the car himself to make sure it was perfect! This team is truly a trio you will not find anywhere else. Thank you for all of your help and for making sure that this was a fun experience! My family and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I've never done business here, but someone with a phone number very similar to mine apparently has. I was just sent photos of what looked to be an invoice that had personal information on it and photos of a car in the shop. I'm assuming you were trying to contact the owner but typed in the wrong number. Accidents happen, but they shouldn't when personal information is involved.

I went in yesterday to look at leasing an HR-V unfortunately the last one had just sold right before I got there. Kyle, our salesman pointed me in the direction of a 2020 civic hatchback lease instead. I ended up making the purchase and when I went back to finalize everything, my mom ended up getting herself a car too! Great service from everyone we had contact with and a special thanks to Kyle and manager Bala for all of their help! We are very happy with our new cars :)
