We purchased 2 cars from Bill Luke. The latest purchase was horrible. I bought the 2018 Buick Encore on 10-19/2019. Less than a week it shut down on me on the highway at night. I didn’t get the car back until the say before Thanksgiving and it has been in the shop 5 times for the same issue since. I have been in a loaner car more than my car.
