I went to one dealership prior to shopping at Bill Luke, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Bud was an amazing car salesman, I will use him from now on and refer anyone looking to buy a car to him. He puts zero pressure on you, which is a huge relief as most car salesmen are pushy. He was honest, upfront, and extremely friendly. I purchased a car from them but the money I put down on the car was nowhere to be seen. The finance manager wasn't helpful. I was told to go to the GM? Seriously, I just wanted an invoice showing my down payment.
