Two main complaints. First we had to fight to get a second key. Then we were pressured into a loan when we had expected to pay off the car. We didn't want financing and they were not willing to deal. When talking with the salesperson, it was misrepresented how much it would cost to work the contract the only way they were willing to sell the vehicle. As a name long known in the Phoenix area, I trusted this company to hold their advertised values to a higher standard and I was quickly reminded why I hate buying cars. The asinine charge that is non negotiable for window tint, is absolutely ridiculous, its a hidden fee associated with their bottom line. The fact that I had to fight to get a second key for my 40k car is insane.
