SERVICE PROVIDED DID NOT SUFFICE EXPECTATIONS.On 8.26.24 I dropped my vehicle off for service. My truck needed a basic battery installation ($243 per my **** **** service invoice) and Tire balancing ($170 charge - per my **** **** service invoice). Worst business ever. If I could leave negative stars I would. We recently purchased a vehicle from ************************* and because our check came from an out of state ********************* they put a 10 day hold on the check, until we can pick up our vehicle, even if it clears before the 10 days. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from Bill Luke Santan Used Car Dealership!!!!!!!After only 2 months of owning a used vehicle from them, multiple things were wrong with the vehicle, including needed a new transmission. A 2019 that needs $7000 worth of work. Its a lemon. ******* and ****** were great and the number of stars is no reflection of them in any way. The unfortunate thing is that they work for an organization and sales manager that is not have the best interest of the customer in mind, but rather the bottom line and the dollar over the customer experience. Yesterday 11/9/22 was the worst car buying experience ever. First time ever getting denied to buy a car and had the funds to purchase. To my defense I was pushing back on running my credit when asked by the sales person because I was already funded by my lender for the loan of the car I wanted so there was no need to run my credit again. I was sold a complete lemon. I'm a single Mom, I was so excited for this vehicle. My dad is a Master Tech at an elite company. He's saying thousands of dollars to repair....off the lot.
Put a large sum of money down on a vehicle and they tried charging me for it a second time because they didn’t contact their bank and instead harassed me for two weeks.
Buyer be ware. Nothing like a little false advertising. They advertise a great price but there is some serious fine print that isn’t available until your sitting down with the sale rep about to buy. In order to get the advertised rate you MUST finance with them for the points at 6-8% and you have to wait 4 months to refinance it to a normal rate. I tried to buy a vehicle at the advertised price, and mind you there was NO discloser that actually showed the stipulations for the price. They told me they wouldn’t accept my check... read more
Two main complaints. First we had to fight to get a second key. Then we were pressured into a loan when we had expected to pay off the car. We didn't want financing and they were not willing to deal. When talking with the salesperson, it was misrepresented how much it would cost to work the contract the only way they were willing to sell the vehicle.
