AWFUL AWFUL customer service!!! They do not believe in the customer is always right rule, they didn’t give us our steamed rice that came with the menu item (cheapest thing they could give us) the “manager” didn’t even bother to ask questions just automatically pretty much said nope and directed us to visit their website if we had a complaint....I’m surprised he hasn’t been fired or run the business to the ground with that kind of attitude

Such generous portions and quick service ! Accommodate last minute changes at the table for children. Family gatherings are our resin to go there!
Drove 125 miles to get some Bill Lees food. Get back home to find out they never gave us sweet& sour sauce to go with the chicken.
