Grown up in Bakersfield and while at that as much as i like Chinese I heard so much of this place and Love the atmosphere also their Almond Duck
I took my mother here for 1 o'clock lunch for her 93rd birthday. It was the worst service I have ever received! I made 3 trips to the cashier asking where is our waitress, as she made her absence known. After paying our bill, an over 20 minute wait, I told the cashier of made displeasure. A patron was also complaining to the cashier about about the poor service she received. I asked her, "Did you leave a tip?" She replied "No." She asked me, "Did you?" I also replied "No."
At work we ordered a large order last night. The girl Sarah who answers the phone was extremely rude and used excessive profanity. I have been trying to speak with the owner since last night. Every time I call to speak to someone in charge she gets rude again and slams the phone! I love Bill Lees and I am just appalled by the treatment I have received. Please contact me immediately.
I normally like eating here, but the last time me and the wife ordered delivery the shrimp we got was terrible and it made both of us sick. Will not be eating here any time soon.
The worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered the mandarin duck dinner for delivery. It came with mandarin duck which which was just fried flour with a mandarin sauce over it, it didn't taste or look like any meat was in there. I called up and complained and it they said it was duck mixed with flour and then fried ( it didn't say anything about flour or being fried on the menu). Am new to Bakersfield and tried this place out...WOW incredible! Loved the pork chow mien plus mongolian beef. I ordered those two in addition to a Won Ton Soup- Amazing!!! Great start to a new journey in BK!!!
