they use after market parts and then don't stand behind their own warranty to replace when it breaks !

PLEASE NOTE: This review takes place a day after our purchase of a new car during a hot Covid-July day. First off, I’m not a true medicinal profession, but I can tell they were taking all CDC guidelines seriously. There were markers outside the dealer with markers that indicated 6 feet, all employees had masks or bandanas, clear plaster separated the dealers and customers and all customers were wearing masks. I just bought a new Impreza Hatchback 5-speed (NOT an easy find) yesterday. It was such an awesome experience and I was treated so well. My salesman Howard was the absolute best. I could not recommend Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru more if I had a million years to do so.

Haven't been able to get to my usual shop because of COVID but needed a bunch of work done. They picked up my car, brought it in, did a solid job, and returned it the next day. Very friendly service and did the work exactly as I expected. Thanks!
