The cars are excellent and the service is great.
All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and did not make you feel like they were pushing you into anything you are uncertain about. Our salesperson, Howard Bonfield, was especially awesome. He made the whole process of buying a car easy and didn’t try to push us into anything we want. On Saturday, I went by Bill Kolb Subaru to look at some Foresters. With the excellent guidance of Glenn Toker, I found exactly what I was searching for. I leased a 2020 Forester Sport. I picked it up on Monday. Once again, Glenn was beyond helpful, professional, courteous and above all patient. This is the best car buying and service experience I have had in 35 years. Note I own a BMW. But I bought my wife a cross trek which she loves. Then leased a forester for my daughter. Now I’m looking to replace my X3. Everyone is very pleasant, but my favorite is Holman Cano. Straight shooter tells yo like it is. No dancing since he can’t dance😂. The salesman my fiancée and I had was Connor Flood. He was accommodating, flexible and understanding of what we were looking for in leasing a new car. We ended up going with the Subaru Ascent and we love it. Connor has a genuine demeanor to him and we will definitely be going back.
