We didn't agree on a trade in value for our vehicle. Bill Knight said our car needed some work. Two days later they list our car for 42% over the trade value they gave us. We were promised they would send a mobile repair team to us on the car we took delivery of for a broken part and two recall items. We haven't heard from them yet. Be careful with ALL dealerships, Bill Knight is just another dealership.
The attention to detail and professional service was great. They came to our house to service our Nautilus which saved us a ton of time and hassle of having to drop it off and return to get it.
I purchased my vehicle used in 2023 and they didn't even have it on the lot. I found it online and they pulled it around for me. Haley in service is hands down the best service advisor I've worked with over my years of vehicle ownership. I have had both general maintenance and warranty maintenance completed here and they ensure if I'm not happy for any reason that they make it right. I would most likely purchase another vehicle here in the future.
I'm typically cautious with car dealerships and they proved me right yet again. Took my car in for the oil change and recalls. Got it back and a plastic piece fell off the trunk when I opened it and my right rear lights and blinker didn't work. Blinker didn't work because they left multiple things unplugged. Fixed the damn thing myself because I don't have time to drop everything to take a car in. So much for a "luxury" car and dealership.
My experience was quick and painless. From the first call to inquire about the car, all the way to driving off a few days later, the process was transparent and smooth. A special thanks to Brad for being a straight shooter and for getting me any info I needed for peace of mind before the long drive out to pickup.
