Friendly and efficient. Easy to work with. Repair was more extensive than originally thought but the got it done quickly.
We called and spoke with Kim asking for an estimate for a repair on our garage roof. David came out and we got the estimate for repair the next day. He told us it would be a 2 day job and it could be started in roughly 2 weeks. We accepted the very reasonably priced estimate and less than 2weeks later I was called saying that they could start on the job. It was completed on day 2. The crew were wonderful. Used them to repair a job a competitor (now out of business) failed to do correctly. It was done quickly and well. i used Bill Jones on another home for a full roof replacement in 2017 and they were well priced and very professional then.
