Bill Jones has helped us twice with new roofs. We are very pleased with their service, response time, professionalism and price. David who is the field rep was always on time and kept in touch. Brooke in the office was polite and always on point. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
I hired Bill Jones roofing in 2017 for a new roof. They were great and 2 days after they finished the hurricane hit. It did not phase it. A couple of weeks ago 8 years later I called David for a roof inspection and he came right over the same day and the 2 broken tiles he fixed. Great Company Thanks David Mike

They explained everything clearly, kept the area clean, and completed the job on time. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and our new roof looks beautiful. Had our old 20+ year old roof done and the team was fast and efficient. There was a lot of wood that they had to replace and they did it well. The office administrator, Brooke, is the bees knees! She was super communicative and understanding. Good company.
We use Bill Jones Roofing for all our roofing maintenance and repairs in our Naples, Florida home for past 7 years. We had a leak in our garage recently, David came out to look at it and within 3 days Bill Jones Roofing sent a team to remove the tiles and the rotted wood underneath, replaced with new wood and tiles and the problem was addressed.
