My first impression of your service department was very positive. The work took less time than expected, and the waiting area was clean with space devoted to work on my laptop. The service team was friendly and considerate. Great job!
I am impressed with this auto dealer and they way the do business. I am happy with everyone there and love the way they can all be professional yet friendly while conducting a business that can be stressful and nerve-wrecking. They make that process go a lot smoother and less painful than necessary and for that I thank Bill Jacobs BMW and their great staff!

In winter 2008 I went for my oil change. My turns light was off and i asked the technician to take care of this. I was told by thechnician that my whole saket is very bed and must to be replaced. Technician showed me this part and I sow this,bolb saket was demaged by wather. I asked how much I have to pay? Thechnician said $104.00. I declane to perform this repair.
