Mike Alwin takes great care of my 535 i - he always explains what needs to be done and why. He had a great personality that is contagious making getting my car serviced a much better experience.
Excellent, as always, to work with Dean, the best service advisor around. Brought my vehicle to him after a local franchise managed to shear off the key in one of my wheel locks. Dean (and team) managed to fix the problem, and also took care of some scheduled maintenance items that were due, saving me an extra trip. Highly recommended.

Jeff Hulsebus was timely, thorough and knowledgeable. He and the team provided useful information on my 328i when I brought in for some recall work. He was very efficient in processing all the paper work for the loaner car I was provided and got me on my way in no time.
I just had the BEST experience with Nick at Bill Jacobs BMW. Nick was so amazing. He absolutely knew his stuff. But even more, he was so helpful, not pushy, and really helped me during the very exciting time of buying my first car. We test drove two cars and he really let us make the decision best for us. 10/10 I would recommend and Nick was an absolute joy to work with. Thanks Nick!
