Really disappointed with todays visit. We went in looking for specific set of dive fins. We found the fins in their clearance dive room when we were approached by associates and told us that the section was closed and wouldn’t reopen until June. They said the regular dive room had all the same equipment in it. This was inaccurate. When we approached them again to ask about the Mares X-Stream dive fins we were denied the opportunity to buy them. RecommendedBill Jackson’s staff and facility are peerless in the Tampa Bay area. We went to Bill Jackson’s to get our SCUBA certification. We were beyond satisfied with our experience. Walker explained the process, got us signed up, and got us squared away with great gear. Our instructor Rich was professional, supportive, and focused on proper training so we would enjoy diving safely. I spent a lot of time with the team tonight learning about fly fishing lures and kayaking with small kids. You simply can not get the information or experience when buying your next outdoor purchase without going into the store. Everyone is very experienced and very friendly.
