First time customer became a long time customer yesterday at Bill Jackson’s. I’m in town visiting and wanted to purchase a good, but affordable fly fishing setup to play with while in town. Store associate Roman was working behind the fly fishing counter and was the most helpful and probably the most patient fly fishing counter guy I’ve dealt with. I want to thank you for all of your advice and help of my first firearm. I love it so much! Patient and knowledgeable! My only gripe ... can the owner invest in a/c repair or more fans? I was only there for 15 minutes to pick up my gun and I was drenched in sweat. So were the employees. I will be coming back soon to use my free month at the range and whilst wearing a mask makes it hot already... the atomosphere in the gun shop was sweltering. Thank you!

visited on 7-26-20, we were looking for a new PFD for the wife. she struggled to make sense of the sizing and types, all the while 2 "salesmen" we're standing 10 feet away talking about their personal lives. they never asked if she needed help. we purchased our kayaks at Bill Jackson's years ago due to the excellent customer service. I guess things have changed, won't be back.

I didn't know what kind of hand gun I wanted and so I was told I could not browse. I had to know what I wanted and purchase the gun. I'm sorry but that's not good customer service.
