This store is an absolute treasure. Expert advice available for any outdoor recreational activity. If you do it outside, you can get what you need here. Full of Pinellas County history as well.
My first visit to the shop was 10 years ago to pick up some Winter/Snowboard essentials for a trip to Whistler/Blackcomb. Since then, I’ve bought items from nearly every department for myself, family, and friends. A favourite local shop with quality products for every season and outdoor adventure! S/O to the staff for educating me on some of the gear I’m not too familiar with �
I want to say a huge thank you to Randy. Without him i would have not had the courage to do it. His patience and kindness helped me get more comfortable and enjoy the Scuba lesson. I always have been afraid of going underwater and he helped me face that fear. Thank you so much from the bottom if my heart to him and the store. Such a great idea to have the free Scuba try classes! I for sure want to go further and get certified now.

Best customer service ever! My new favorite store. They have everything for outdoor adventures, in the woods, in the water, under the water and probably a few that I haven't even thought of.
We went to check out a new kayak I had my eye on. The sales staff was very professional and asked me several questions then showed me several kayaks that were a better fit than the one I originally came to look at. The explanations for their choice of kayak was sound as I found out after doing more research. They didn't up-sale me, they actually recommended a kayak that was less money but a better fit for what I plan on doing with it ( river and inshore fishing with some touring).
