Bill Jackson Ford’s Service Department almost cost me an unnecessary $8000. I drove over a log and shortly lost all forward movement with my truck although the engine was still running fine. Had it towed to the Bill Jackson’s Service Department and they said it slung 10 codes and needed a total transmission replacement and discouraged trying to have it rebuilt. They quoted me $8800 (if my memory serves me correctly) I called another repair shop in Troy and after explaining what happened they said they’d at least fill it back... read more
