I need to tell you how impressed I was with Bill's Music. I walked into the "other" guitar store in desperate need of a Bass guitar. After 30 minutes of being ignored I was finally approached when starting to walk out the door. So, I took the longer drive to Bill's Music and was impressed with the stock and service! Matt provided excellent all around service. Very professional and knowledgeable coupled with an unassuming demeanor. He went the extra mile to find the right guitar for me. He was very patient and that says a lot because I can be a very demanding customer at times.

Living in Middletown Delaware, I called your store before driving all the way here. Mikey got the call and answered my questions and concerns prior to driving roughly 2 hours to get there. Once there, I met Mikey. He was extremely knowledgeable about your products. He assisted me in a very professional manner, making me feel comfortable that he was not just out for a sale. He wanted me to get the right equipment that I was seeking. He did an outstanding job and I will recommend him to every play that I know.
