My God son takes guitar lessons at Bill's and our experience is mostly positive.
They also service intruments and equipment. They have repaired my Peavey speaker every time I've blown the base
I don't know who's idea at Bill's it was to start taking customer service (client relations) seriously but they need a raise.
I found their site on-line after scouring the internet for the right banjolele for my dad. I found the right banjolele at the best price at Bill's, better than anywhere else on the internet, lower than amazon or any other retailer.
based on this experience, I'd recommend Bill's for sure.
The staff (especially Mary) is totally committed to providing good customer service.
