Problems happen in every business, it's inevitable... it's how you handle them that builds relationship with your clients.
I’ve been a customer of your store since the mid-80’s; I think it was 1986 when I bought my first Fender bass from you. Even though I have relocated to Philadelphia, I still enjoy getting to Bill’s when I am back in Baltimore.
I was very happy with the service I received from Nick. He took my wants into account and I feel he made a good match with me and my new guitar.
I only know about the speaker parts. Bill's was the only place that had what I needed. It was able to be ordered by everyone else.
During my many years coming to Bill's I've noticed that Bill's Music store is much more friendlier and courteous as well as knowledgeable. I really only looked through your guitars. Best stocked music store in the area, as far as I'm concerned...and right after Christmas, too, which was pretty amazing. This was my first trip to Bill's, but I'll definitely be back as my skill level, and desire for more equipment, grows.
All of the staff there @ Bill's- are very knowledgeable about their gear and how to listen to a customer and find the right tools to help them realize their musical dreams.... can't ask for a better deal than that!
