hello there! I think it wash one year ago when I bought the washburn rover travel guitar from you via ebay.. I've been wating so long for it to arrive to Israel but finally when it came it wash worth all this time..
I bought a gibson les paul supreme from you guys. You helped me pack it for the trip back home and you cared so much that you called the airlines to see what we could do. I was able to take it onto the airplane and put it in the overhead storage. I cant begin to thank you enough for all the help you provided for me. The supreme has rich sound that allows me to play at the top of my game and is just a joy to play. thank you so much, madison
It was a very pleasant first experience...much better than I had expected. I am a professional musician and teacher as well as a long time Baltimore resident. I have never been to Bill's. I will definitely check it out in the future. I actually liked the whole Frederick Rd. vibe with which I was unfamiliar
I was very happy with the service I received from Nick. He took my wants into account and I feel he made a good match with me and my new guitar.
I was able to find my way around with no problems. Things came across as a bit "busy" (not as in too many people but as in so many things to see). On the one hand that's good because I have so much to choose from
I've just moved down from New Jersey - I remember shopping on 48th street in NY years ago when.... I told Jared that your store was as good or better than any of them!
