Repair Dept. is a JOKE!!! – Not worth the trip, not worth the money. I had my Fender amp repaired at Bill's. The repair department did not write any of my concerns about the amp down, promised me it would be done in two (2) weeks and all work would be completed. I didnt here from them at all. After 3 1/2 weeks I called them. They told me they were waiting on parts and did not tell me anything else. After 5 1/2 weeks still no contact from them so I called again. Still waiting on parts.
