Only place that had what I needed – I only know about the speaker parts. Bill's was the only place that had what I needed. It was able to be ordred by everyone else.

I really only looked through your guitars. Best stocked music store in the area, as far as I'm concerned...and right after Christmas, too, which was pretty amazing. This was my first trip to Bill's, but I'll definitely be back as my skill level, and desire for more equipment, grows.
Nick was awesome!! He responded quickly and thoroughly to my e-mail inquiry (which is precisely why I came up to Bill's instead of another dealer) about the Tak EF341SC, which I had researched thoroughly on the Internet...so he didn't really need to do a whole lot...;^) I asked for him when I got to the store in the middle of a busy Saturday, and he was there to help immediately, answered all of the questions I had to ask. I am extremely happy with the drums I purchased. From now on, I will never make a major musical purchase without visiting Bills.
No pressure – Jim took straight to the best starter set they had. There was no pressure and no upsell. He also showed me used options within the same price range
