very helpful and patient often their are customers who want certain things but have no real prior experience that's where Bills come in they can give you a sense of direction and that way you don't fell so lost and that little confidence goes a long way thanks a lot

The Samsong headset that I purchased with the assistance of Marc was perfect and exceeded my expectations in the performances I gave on the Karma Fest Weekend of May 21st and 22 of 2011. Bill's have a great selection and in the near future they might want to expand their store because it can be slightly tight in some aisles.
I brought my Epiphone Masterbilt Acoustic Electric Guitar to your company for some electronic pre-amp work and have a SUPERTUNE. I must say RON is the best guitar specialist repair tech in Maryland. After one year with Epiphone guitar company that could not find the probelm with the eSonic2 per-amp, Ron found and fixed the problem on my first visit to Bills Music House. Ron SUPERTUNE is the best guitar setup in the UNITED STATES. Ron is second to none in guitar setup.I am so pleased with the work your company has provided.
