I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this lot. Their service department is complete garbage. I have never once had a good experience. My most recent experience had them keeping my car for an entire day only to find out that the part that was supposedly on order never came in on time. Not one person bother to try and call me. This was a part for a recall done on Nissan's end. They'll sell you a car in a heartbeat but good luck getting it serviced. Nothing "Truly Exceptional" to find here.
