I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off so i would not have to wait in it. Steven was in contact with me numerous times while it was in the service bay. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes i waited 40 minutes only to show up to get my vehicle and be told they weren’t finished. Absolutely ridiculous to keep a customer waiting. I currently own 2 Nissans and will never purchase another one. The delearships have no respect for your time when completing service work.

Better customer service and they need to not insult their customers and hide behind negligent mechanic work. Terrible experience and will never go back.
Getting an oil change and tire rotation, they noticed that my battery was leaking acid and let me know they could replace it at no cost bc the warranty is still valid (for another 246 miles). Thanks Kent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have had bad experiences with dealerships that assume I know nothing. I really appreciate the honesty and respect from the people that work here.
Mr. Lentz was AMAZING! My aunt purchased a car from here and suggested for me to go look since my motor had just blown in my car. They were very helpful and I left with a brand new Altima! I highly recommend! Very professional and honest!
