The service that was asked for, was not completed. We were offered something else totally different than what was asked based off of employee recommendation and it made my car worse within the week. Now i may be in need of a new transmission.

Purchased a full body diagnostic because multiple things were wrong with my vehicle and the diagnostic was not completed fully the service man told me to only worry about the major problem at hand and then we can worry about the other stuff later

The crew at Bill Hood Nissan service is on top of there game and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right on my daughter’s car. Kent kept me informed and provided the upmost customer service.

Had me in and out in good timing. The waiting area was nice and hospitable. Loved the service!
Always helpful in the service dept and if have to wait always explains what’s going on.
