I had one of the worst experiences ever at Bill Hood Chevrolet. The parts manager was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I bought a part early in the morning, and just a few hours later, realized it was the wrong one. We tried to return it in good faith, especially since it’s an expensive part, but the manager refused to help and started talking about a “return policy” that was never mentioned when we bought it. Very friendly and helpful customer support
Scheduled oil change and brought up another issue which was handled appropriately by Kyle the service manager. Kyle has always provided excellent customer service and it is appreciated.
It was a great pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Hood Automotive. The salesman, Arthur, made it a zero pressure and hassle free experience. No sales tactics, no delays, we worked out the details over the phone in a few minutes time and they were ready for me when I arrive to pick up the vehicle. I was in & out in 30 minutes! Definitely will call them again for my next vehicle.
