I had one of the worst experiences ever at Bill Hood Chevrolet. The parts manager was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I bought a part early in the morning, and just a few hours later, realized it was the wrong one. We tried to return it in good faith, especially since it’s an expensive part, but the manager refused to help and started talking about a “return policy” that was never mentioned when we bought it.
