Appointment was honored on-time, and work began immediately! When does that happen?
Had an appointment for 930am for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t even go into service until 12pm. No one even mentioned they were possibly behind and could not provide adequate service today. I wouldn’t count on an appointment getting anything done in a timely manner. Seems they don’t manage their schedules very well at all. UPDATE- Appreciate the response from the manager and have updated my rating. Overall the service they perform on my vehicle is great and never had an issue with quality of work.
Randy took time and was thorough with all the details of the RAV4 system and functions.
Service was great, prompt and courteous also knowledgeable, took time to ask my preferences, and gave time to decide. Available for questions and updates.
