I have learned it’s not cheaper to go to the Noname repair shops. It’s cheaper to let the Toyota guys do it right the first time. They got my truck taken care of in one day.
I went in for a wheel alignment and TPMS replacement. The service rep was able to locate the parts at another dealership and complete the job. I appreciated the timely communication and diligence.
I had a 1:30 p.m. appointment for a diagnostic test and brake check. I was told it would take about 1½ hours for the testing and another 1½ to 2 hours for the repairs. Unfortunately, I didn’t leave until 6:30 p.m. I was the last one in the waiting room, and as the shop was closing around me, someone finally came to check on me. I was told my service advisor had clocked out and gone home — I had been forgotten.
