Had an issue with a headlight today, Made an appointment for 2:00 but dropped it off at 8:00. They got it in early and was done by 10:00 thank you. Thats what I love about Bill Dodge

Awesome experience buying my new Sonata... GM was very helpful and accommodating. Even with my trade in that blew a break line on the way to drop off. They were priced reasonable and gave fair price on trade. No high pressure just pure professionalism. Strange time to be buying a car during pandemic but they made it so easy and delivered my car to me while adhering to all the new rules imposed. Happy customer here :)
I had an appointment for 9 am 15 k service I arrived on time and was told it would be 2 hours. 5 hours later my car was finally done. I would understand the time issue if problems were found with the car. nothing was wrong with it. 5 hours was ridiculous wait time for an hour service. my whole day was wasted
