Dropped our Hyundai off to replace an engine. Replace an engine!! Had to pay a deposit before engine could be ordered. Ok, good business, no problem. Then a replacement key had to be ordered by another dealership, hear me well, ordered by another dealership and Interstate Hyundai wants to HOLD my car because the other dealership has not paid them!!! This is their customer service??! Mind you I paid the deposit and was ready to pay the balance for the engine. I did not order a key so why would I be held responsible for its pa... read more

RecommendedThey can get me in early for car maintenance and I don’t have to wait long while the service is performed. All the service staff, I have encountered, have been very pleasant and engaging. Prices have been reasonable, so far. I do my homework on suggested maintenance before agreeing to have it done. No pressure from employees. Thanks
