I went in today for a scheduled oil change. I have always had great service at the Westbrook location where I bought my Kia Soul. Today when they were done I was told that they had done their inspection and there was a license plate light out and everything else was fine. However they didn’t offer to replace that bulb. And I could have been pulled over by the police for that violation. Incredibly happy with my purchase yesterday. One of the best experiences shopping for a car that I have ever had. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and efficient. I’ve been a customer since 2009 and will continue to be one. Thanks Bob and Brittney you guys are the best.
I went in for a oil changed and tire rotation today. Arnold the service manager was great. I had some issues with my last visit so this time he took it upon himself to take extra care of my vehicle and myself. I’m sure every future visit will be just as great as the last!
Stopped in for what was going to be a ‘brief’ visit to look at SUVs — ended up spending hours chatting with Rob and then Matt, test driving a few vehicles, and finally selecting a Kia Stinger! Rob, Matt, and then Tony, were all great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We will definitely recommend this dealership to all!
