Today my husband bought a nice new to him truck, the entire event was completed in 48 hrs! The finance guy was funny. As a woman I really appreciated the fact that they've hired a fantastic saleswoman Andie Ewing, she's extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. I will start by saying that we usually don't have a bad experience with this particular store. Today, however, was different. I feel that some of the office people might need to be reminded that when customers can hear them, they should try to maintain a positive customer service attitude, and keep inappropriate conversations either somewhere that the customers can't overhear them or keep their voices down. First platinum oil change in my new Rogue. Service manager in Saco was responsive and personable. My service was quick, but a longer visit would have been acceptable with comfy chairs, big tv and free WiFi.
Collision Center does a damn good job. Car was done in 2 days, looks brand new and was clean inside and out! It even smells good!
Great sales team worked with me on the price and gave a decent trade in value They go above and beyond and I would recommend them
