I'm so glad I chose to purchase my car through Bill Dodge! Cari Frost is a fantastic salesperson; everything was fun and low pressure, and it's nice to be in a dealership setting where everyone is having a good time. I had a 10 am appointment for a recall that was suppose to take 45 minutes. As it turns out it was close to two hours. Not a major problem and they did wash the car and did a partial vacuum of the interior. That was a nice touch. All people that I interacted with were curtious and professional.

Easy and fast dont even have a kia but got my car serviced there! Tech showed me the problems in person. Was great service! Will go back again and tell everyone else to go as well!
I went in today for a scheduled oil change. I have always had great service at the Westbrook location where I bought my Kia Soul. Today when they were done I was told that they had done their inspection and there was a license plate light out and everything else was fine. However they didn’t offer to replace that bulb. And I could have been pulled over by the police for that violation.
