BMW of Westbrook has generally been pretty sloppy. We had decided after doing some review checks that we wanted a BMW X1, and the AAA Car Buying Service referred use to BMW of Westbrook. We talked with two different agents there to describe exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, and they set up an appointment for us to come look at a X1 with that option set on a saturday. I had the unfortunate situation of needing to get damage to my car fixed that was done by others twice within the last year. However, the collision center did a fantastic job with the repairs and I experienced top notch customer service and professionalism! I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
We had come to Bill Dodge after seeing they had a car within our price range. We were desperate, as our primary family vechicle was toast and we still owed money on it. Both Jacob and Patrick went out of their way to help us get exactly what we needed, and made every part in the process painless. These guys are definitely worth your time.
