RecommendedI called in the morning about a car I saw on there web site and wasn’t located at the Westbrook location and in a few hours it was in Westbrook for me to look at! The staff was very helpful and friendly to deal with for the whole process. The paperwork was well explained and the sale was a great experience I didn’t feel overwhelmed or pressured during any of it.
RecommendedBill Dodge Saco found me rebates and more for car I turned in than any other dealer. Also dold us the best car which is the telluride 30000 less than comparable car. ie. Expedition , land Rover, etc.

I took my car in for service and expected to receive the usual complimentary car wash. Boy was I wrong. They sprayed down with water and only washed it with the brush in few spots. It looked great when it was wet but when it dried, it looked terrible. They should give customers vouchers for a real car wash instead. So I hope when I go there again, I hope they’ll actually wash it completely.

We have bought many cars all Over the country has my husband was active duty for 21 years and this dealership by far was the best. Way to go keep up your outstanding customer service . George the salesman and David the finance guy five stars 🌟 for sure and by the way I LOVE my Encore what a great little car. Buick’s aren’t just for old people anymore
