Bill is always professional, patient, informative and he fought for us at every turn. If he didn't know an answer to our questions, he did the research and promptly came back with the answer. He negotiated so we ended up getting more than asking price for our house. He also fought for free upgrades on our new house! His communication with us was excellent! He would respond quickly and we never felt alone in this whole process.
