I just wanted to share my sincere gratitude for the guys in the service department. In total, my explorer has gone in 9 different times from a previous shop for the sound it was making from 60-64mph. Everything under the sun was changed without a change. Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly.
Yesterday, I was hit by a teenager in the parking lot at work. She was driving to fast and hit my car door as I was getting out. It wouldn't even come close to closing. I am a single mom with no other means of transportation, so I drove the car to your body shop while holding the door closed. I was in tears wondering how the heck I am going to get kids from school and to activities.
