I had a factory recall on my Ford Explorer that I purchased elsewhere and they got me in quickly. They were really fast, only took an hour to do both recalls. Only downside was they told me it would take most of the day so we drove 2 vehicles to Mandan and live an hour away, but I can hardly blame them when the service was fast and everyone super friendly. I will definitely look there when I need to trade. I had called "another" dealership twice and left messages with no returned call, so I will not shop at that other place.... read more
