Such a beautiful studio; amazing space to practice, learn and teach in with world-class teachers and a variety of class/workshop offerings.
This is the best place for hot yoga. I am a runner and thanks to this school my pace and overall performance has improved. Thank you to all the teachers who motivate you to do better in each class.
Just wanted to say I MISS THIS STUDIO SO MUCH! The variety of classes, flexible scheduling, cleanliness, quality of instructors and equipment (my first time using a foam roller!)...ahh. Moved away and didn't realize how spoiled I was. The music class was my favorite. You guys rock! Love from the west coast...
I have been going here for about a year and half now ! No other place matches this yoga center ! Very clean , instructors are super friendly ! It's so important that the people around you make you feel comfortable when you are trying something new .. One of the reason I continued my yoga for a year and half is that I was very comfortable with my instructors and the place !

Beautiful and easily accessible studio that is clean and fresh always. Super knowledgeable and compassionate studio owners and yoga teachers. They are guest friendly and inviting as soon as you step in the door. Wonderfully heated and humidified room. It is always a pleasure to come back as soon as I am in town. A home away from home and a space for peaceful contemplation in the middle of the sizzling NYC. Peaceful - That is if you don't end up in a smile and laugh evoking music class equally as positiv :D <3
