Wonderful variety of yoga and fitness classes. The biggest yoga studio in New York City. Excellent instructors, clean space, conscientiously designed, accessible location- near Macy’s and Penn Station. Massage room/services on site. I’m an Inferno Hot Pilates instructor here, too!

This is the best yoga studio Mom and I have ventured upon as we travel the world. Family owned business between mother Elizabeth and son Gregory makes this place feel like home away from home. All the instructors are not only top notch, but also knowledgeable and compassionate.
