Jolin and the team at Fuel Hot Yoga completely changed my life! I've been going to the studio for 2+ years and had never done hot yoga before. Jeanne’s classes are consistently exceptional! She is a seasoned pro that knows how to get to the heart of the matter in class. Fuel Hot 90 has changed my life, and if you’re new, Jeanne knows how to offer you encouragement and build your trust in class. She helps you dig deep with grit, or soften, take care and allow. A true gem! The instructors are incredibly kind, and the classes strike the perfect balance between fun, challenging, and deeply releasing. The atmosphere is wonderful and the sense of community is amazing. I always leave feeling recharged and so good. Highly recommended!
Fuel Hot Yoga is the best yoga studio ever :) great classes, great teachers, a community full of lovely people and a workout that makes me feel god all day - what's not to like??
