Bikram Yoga - The hottest workout in Athens! Bikram Yoga is a challenging 90 minute beginning yoga class that consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The class is designed to work 100% of your body, bring your body back in to balance, heal injuries, and create strength and flexibility so you can live better. The class is a wonderful way to detox the body, get a great cardiovascular workout, relieve stress, boost energy and heal previous injuries.

I've had such a great experience at Fuel! All the teachers are encouraging and it's a great studio to enhance your practice with others in a welcoming manner! I love the variety of classes offered and the range of levels that everyone comes in with to create inclusivity!
This is an amazing community of awesome people that share their love and energy through yoga and various other workouts. You don’t have to be a yogi/exercise freak to have fun and learn as well as grow through this class. All you need is an open mind and willingness to surprise yourself! Highly recommend taking a class here and you will want to keep returning!
Fabulous, knowledgeable teachers in a well run studio with an array of classes in a clean, character filled building behind the Classic Center. We are loving the variety of options and how much better we feel after every class. Highly recommend!
I am 5 months postpartum and fuel has helped me so much in reconnecting with my body and mind! The instructors are great, knowledgeable, and meet you where you are. Not to mention the cold lavender towels at the end are amazing!! Couldn’t recommend this studio enough
It’s been around two months since I graduated and moved out of Athens, and only since leaving I realize just how good I had it. Fuel was the first place I ever practiced yoga, so it’s safe to say the bar was set really high from the start.
