I bought first gunner they sold and had a great buying experience.Went in on Dec 28 with plans of buying new triumph.Was on showroom floor for over thirty minutes and did not even get acknowledge by one employee.I guess as you get bigger you don't need to sell any more bikes.I will not be back.This is not Carole ,but her husband Gary

I purchased my 2015 Victory Vision from Bikers Edge September 2nd. I wanted the Sunset Red (It's a Firefighter thing) which was on the 2015, they had it shipped in from Oklahoma. My buying experience was excellent from Brad my sales guy to Lacey in the office to Julian the parts guy to the service group. I upgraded my headlight to LED's, and service got me right in and finished on time. The whole process was excellent. Look forward to getting some additional updates in the near future....
Updated Review After my slingshot sat for 3 weeks in the service dept with nothing being done my fiance went and spoke to Brad about it. Brad called his Polaris rep and they overnighted the tool and we had my Beast back a week later! Kudos to Brad for stepping in and making sure we were taken care of. I'm upgrading the review from a 1 to a 3 as in the end everything went well and we made our ride to the Slingshot Ozark Invasion Rally in Eureka Springs, AR. I have had the opportunity to work with this locally family owned business many times. From the sales, parts, accessories and the after care with in house repair facility has been nothing but great.
