Despite no call-back on our request for scheduling our Polaris for safety recall mod and service we trailered it in. Our customer info following the 2016 UTV purchase was not retrievable on their system. The owner gruffly refused to honor the promise made by the (then) Sales Mngr for the first oil/filter change at no charge.
